The latest version of the Coronavirus is detected in Pakistan and in a recent episode, it was recorded that two people in the region have been diagnosed with the virus. We are all aware of the health risks associated with being exposed to the Coronavirus but what can we do to stop its transmission? This infection affects only a small portion of the people infected with it but thankfully the infection is not fatal.
How Coronavirus is Spreading?
The Coronavirus can be transmitted by someone who is also infected. The outbreak takes place when there is constant contact between the person and the object or body that has been infected. For those who are at higher risk of being infected, there are certain risk factors that increase the chances of contracting the infection. These include smokers, people who are immunosuppressed, pregnant women, those who have had their tubes tied, people who live in rural areas, and people who have sex with multiple partners.
Treatment/ Steps To Be On Safe Side From Coronavirus
There is no specific treatment available for the Coronavirus but there are steps that can be taken to reduce the spread of the infection. However, it is important to remember that if the infection is confirmed then it is imperative to isolate the person and report the case to the proper authorities to stop further spread of the infection.
The Coronavirus is not airborne and therefore a person must be wearing a face mask when out in public places. Furthermore, clothing should be washed and worn in public for fifteen minutes after the patient’s blood has been drawn. This ensures that the affected area is dry and therefore the virus cannot spread.

The Coronavirus is spread through contact with an infected person or object. It is this contact that is the problem and can be identified by the symptoms of the infection such as chills, sweating, headache, fever, nausea, and vomiting. It is also possible for people to be bitten by a bug that carries the Coronavirus. When this happens the infected person becomes contagious for twenty-four hours after the bite occurs.
